I understand it’s only a month worth of vitamin d but honestly for the price it’s kinda hard to beat, especially for the ingredient quality & a glass bottle?? My local cvs, Walmart and ingles collectively wanted $20-30 for a vitamin d supplement and sure there may be like 10 more pills in the bottle but a lot of the brands at my local stores had seed oils, maldextrose, a couple even had sugars for some reason.
