For me they did not work because I have skinny arms and the band would not tighten enough and working with these would not be comfortable unless they did. For men or women with bigger arms these would be great. I really like that they came in red because I wear a red work shirt and these would not stand out like my other ones do. It's a good value for the money. They seem like they would be durable. They are light weight and comfortable when I tried them on.
