Very easy to assemble - only took about 15 minutes - and once constructed the build quality is top notch. Along with the usual gas-lift operation (which is very strong and can go quite high), there is an angled back adjustment, as well as tilting the frame of the chair - all of which can be locked - and thus you can suit it to your taste.The upholstery is well stitched - a foam interior with an exterior fabric mesh - and is also very thick, offering heavenly comfort. Others who sat on it also commented positively in this regard. It also moulds very slightly to the body, which has helped me with alleviating the constant coccyx pain I get on other chairs, which come nowhere close to this one in terms of overall quality.The seat width and depth is above the average for office chairs, and it is better for it - I actually have space to adjust my seating position without feeling constrained by the chair. It also gives the opportunity to slump and relax in the chair, unlike others which force you into one seating position for hours on end - where the concept of ergonomics has been taken too far.The armrests are not fixed, they move left to right and can be adjusted in height, with a small lever underneath. I prefer these non-fixed armrests as they correspond to my body position. The armrests are also sponge-like - one can lean with the elbow and the armrest corresponds without feeling like concrete.It is rated for eight hours use - I can testify to that - in fact the chair was comfortable even beyond that range for me recently. The chair is very ergonomically sound - and given that I find it difficult to find chairs that fully meet my needs, this chair is outstanding. The delivery was bang on three days also. An all-round success. ### ⭐⭐ Disappointed but good seller service *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 May 2017* So far disappointed. Good assembly instructions but they seemed to be for Model 1191-02B/C, whereas I thought I was buying a 130030BK chair. There were no instructions for using the chair. Lever to raise and lower works. The other seem to two do nothing at all, although it was claimed that the back and seat angles could both adjusted. This claims to be a "back care" chair and I have a bad back which is already feeling worse and unsupported after 5 minutes sitting on the chair. Grrrr! Either I am doing something wrong (and in the absence of instructions this would be unsurprising) or this chair is simply not what it claims to be. Would just add that Graeme contacted me and was very helpful but unfortunately the chair remained unsuitable, partly because some of the adjustments didn't work and also because it is NOT an "ergonomic back chair office chair", as described by Amazon. It is actually an "extra sized and extra padded computer arm chair with multiple adjustments for seat back and arms, tilt tension", which is how it was described on the box it arrived in. I am sure (had the adjustments worked properly) it would have been fine for a large person simply requiring a comfortable, adjustable office chair, but not for a normal sized person with back problems, like me, who needed a proper "ergonomic" office chair. Overall the chair is a definite improvement on my previous one, and does ease the back problem. The quality is good and the chair was easy to assemble. The freely moving armrests take a bit of getting used to, and I would prefer to have had fixed armrests.
