I checked the nuts and bolts supplied and found a spare I undid the bolt loosed the rear bolt so the arm position could be finely adjusted and tried again. This time no issues and tightened up correctly. went round all bolts and and tightened. Everything is sturdy and sits well in its allocated space. Very happy with Bistro set.
