Also the care they take in customer service and satisfaction is remarkable. With that said the smell is a bit sweeter than I recall other Serrata to be. It smells much more like henna or star anise. Although I was told by the owner that certain batches of Serrata vary by climate. The bottle should also come with a dropper because once you tip it to dispense it it drips down the sides and spills all over. Wasting a good amount of the oil.
