I was having a lot of pain in my thumb from typing all day and using a mouse. I work all day at a desk and then come home and am on a computer all night with my 2nd job. My doctor suggested that I get some finger grip strength trainers. He said they would help improve my hand and finger strength, its flexibility and after some time my hands overall performance and strength. They are small and lightweight which is nice because I can use them at home and at work, which is super convenient. They also have adjustable resistance levels so I can do targeted exercises if I want to just work on certain strengthening exercises. So much therapy as a child and you can't really tell if you didn't know. As an adult her hands are very tiny and these are just too large. She just asked me if there was a smaller size because they're too big, so I'm not sure they can be returned anymore, and if there's a smaller size I can find her. She loved the concept and was excited to use them, so I hope I can find a smaller size.
