I like that all cables were provided. I like that the product works 99 percent of the time. I like that it is HDMI plug-in ready. I like that i never experience any issues when using extended mode for a dual display. I also appreciate that there is an extra spot for more USBS to be shared between computer devices. I like that when switching between inputs / computers, it is really fast, and I am not sitting waiting for a long time like some other KVMS. I also value the engineering of this product and its metal construction. It has a good weight in the hand on the desk, and does not slide easily. This is great especially when you have like 8 or 10 cables plugged into it.What I dislikeThe second monitor sometimes cuts out for 2 seconds and then comes on, but this could be do one of the cables, but the KVM is still totally workable. I dislike that I had to buy a bunch of adapters to get the KVM switch to work my monitors and computers. I work in IT, so I am constantly plugging in different machines to use it with this KVM. But I also want to acknowledge, that if the company provided more video adapters this would drive up costs.Some final thoughts. Right now this item is on sale at 70, originally 100 when i got the product. For 70 i think it is an excellent buy! Even at a 100, I do believe it is worth the money. Having a secondary monitor with one keyboard and mouse is really a space saver. Didn’t work reliably. Move it over to some house computers. I have tried 6 hdmi cables, several keyboards, wired mouse. I get no video unless I power off Mac mini and remove and reseat kvm power, soon as I switch to a second laptop, I lose video to both computers, keyboard doesn’t work, complete mess. Worst thing I did is not test this immediately after purchase.
