**Q: is this the standard model or tour model?**
A: Standard Model.    Tour Model has spring top.

**Q: I know this is meant for stretching, but do any of you guys use it as a weighted swing trainer as well? Just curious.**
A: No it is not heavy enough and we have Skilz gold Flex for weighted swings

**Q: What is the length of the stretching pole?**
A: The pole is adjustable from 52 inches to 74 inches or anywhere in between

**Q: How much weight can but put onto the pole while stretching?**
A: I weigh 200 lbs and I am comfortable doing all the stretches on the pole.  I've never had an incident where the pole collapsed or bent.
