I will be buying it again ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tastes good -- just don't expect it to taste like beef *by B***K on June 19, 2023* Used the product to make a French Onion soup for a friend who can no longer eat beef due to an allergy acquired as an adult. The seasoning helped to make the soup delicious, but no one should really expect a plant-based product to really taste like meat. Enjoy the product for what it is -- a flavorful seasoning. The small, 2oz package contains enough powdered seasoning for several dishes because you do not need a lot to add flavor to soups or sauces or gravy. The lack of a star is twofold: First, the package is labeled gluten free BUT it is packaged on the same line as wheat products. I went on the products website and nowhere on the site did it note that the product is PPM tested or that the equipment has "good manufacturing practices" (meaning it is thoroughly cleaned before the run of a gluten free product). For that reason alone my Celiac kid does not eat the food prepared with this product. My second reason for the lack of a star is the packaging; it is not resealable.
