There’s plenty of books on Product Ownership today but the best part of this book is, it has provided lot of practical tools to methods to adopt better product management. I am using it regularly whenever I need to conduct any workshop for Product owners and business managers. Must have book for everyone who works in the area of product management or product ownership.

Chandan is one of my favourite authors when it comes to books related practicing Agile in organizatios. All his books are based on practical case studies and real time scenarios, so that as an agile practioner you can easily relate to the context and the tips and traps mentioned in his book helps you to solve real time problems. His new book focusses on building high performing teams, and I am glad to say that this book is one of his best work. If you haven't read this yet, go and grab your copy immediately. Trust me you will be able to build and coach really high performing teams.. Five ⭐ and thumps up!!
