Review: Broke after 2 months of use.. - The water started leaking after 2 months of use. It was good while it lasted but I was hoping it would last longer than 2 months.

Se tarda muuucho en filtrar, asi que en la noche, lleno la parte de arriba y todo el dia estan tomando de la reserva, nunca se me ha terminado. Pero si se llegara a acabar, tendrias que tener mucha paciencia, pues filtra muy lentamente.

**Q: How to fix when the filtering stops after 5 months? Changed filter often (&early), cleaned it, put it all back together, etc. H20 still stays in top.**
A: This may occur if bubbles or air pockets have become trapped in your filter. To help remedy this, we would recommend, first, removing the filter from your pitcher. Once removed please hold the filter upside down at a slight angle and shake it for 5-6 seconds before returning it to the upright position. You should hear the carbon particles inside moving. This procedure should compact the contents of the filter and eliminate any air pockets trapped within, which can prohibit water flow. This should restore performance to your filter.
