I didn’t really read the description before buying so was surprised to see these are very high in protein but no good for a low carb diet. However the kids are happy to add them to their cereal

These are ok, easy to add to cereals a tablespoon on top, a bit like harder round rice crispies, but if you chew them a bit more you do get a slight dried lentil taste, but if yr vegan like us, or scoff your food you'll be not put off by it. Will probably order again to keep our protein levels topped up as its convenient.
