Every single knife in the set arrived razor-sharp straight out of the box and cuts through everything—from tough meats to delicate tomatoes—with total ease. The Swiss Classic ergonomic handles are lightweight, incredibly comfortable to hold, and provide a non-slip grip even when your hands are wet. They are also beautifully balanced, making food prep fast and effortless. I love that they are dishwasher safe, though I prefer handwashing them to maintain the edge. You really cannot beat the victorinox knives for the price. I already had a couple of their knives plus a peeler and found them to be extremely sharp. I purchased a set for my friend who was mightily impressed, apart from the cutting himself a few times. I have also purchased another set for myself as you cannot beat the 3 set price, work out better priced than buying individually.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Set Of Little Knives

A great set of little knives. Just the three knives in the box, one 11cm multi-purpose knife and two 8cm pairing knives. All three knives have a tough, red, durable handle which is small and provide a good grip. The larger multi-purpose knife has a serrated blade which is good for slicing through bread and spreading butter amongst other tasks. The pairing knives differ in that one has a serrated blade and the other a straight edge. These are great for slicing and chopping fruits and vegetables which I do alot. With a stainless steel blade these will last a long time. They are dishwasher safe and the great functionality means they are ideal for a plethora of food tasks and at the price are excellent value made by a company that has a very good reputation.
