I've been taking this for about 1 month. It seems to give me better energy/strength and especially better mental focus. It also improves the libido. Not sure if it helps with erections. I also have not noticed it affecting sleep at all. Taking 2 capsules a day, the recommended dose, does seem to work. It's not a dramatic difference, but it is noticeable and I will continue taking it. So far I've seen no negative side effects, just benefits. This is one of the few supplements that I can tell it's making a difference. And the product appears to be high quality; I do wish the capsules felt a little smoother. They seem a little bit sticky or not smooth on the outside, and are very light, which makes them a bit hard to swallow sometimes.
