Review: Excellent quality toaster. - Well made, good quality toaster. It looks better than in the photos. Easily toasts 4 slices of standard UK bread or 2 Scottish long slices. Browns evenly & the croissant warmer works really well. It even has a digital timer. Can definitely recommend. Photos show my small gluten free slices of bread.
Review: Excellent toast - Can’t fault this toaster. Some people have complained in their reviews that the slots aren’t suitable for large slices of bread. I have found exactly the opposite. You get 2 very long slots, so maybe not possible to toast 4 slices of large bread at once, but by inserting the bread sideways you can toast tall, long , thick, in fact any shape of bread perfectly. It has a marvellous digital timer on the front counting down in seconds so you know exactly how long you have left, and it flashes up which setting you have chosen as well. The setting dial is perfectly placed on the front and is super easy to use. The toast comes out really crispy and evenly browned, and is also really hot. Crispy on the outside but not hard or chewy. Much better than my old Russell Hobs toaster which took ages and the toast came out soggy and just warm. The toaster is very solidly built and looks good too.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Just bought this and looks fab but only toasts 3/4 of the bread. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks**
A: I have sent mine back as it only toasted 2/3 of the bread and the other third wasn't even lightly toasted, it was just bread. This was with a short Kingsmill slice. I didn't try it on it's side as I brought it to be a 4 slice toaster.

**Q: Will this toast four UK sized slices of bread fully in one go, and is it wide enough to do crumpets?**
A: Like seemingly at least 90% of toasters made, this won't toast a regular standard bread slice. There's a good 1-2cm sticking out of the top and a bit below that doesn't get toasted well either. You could turn the bread on it's side, but then it's not a 4-slice toaster.

**Q: What's the length and width of one of the slots?**
A: 25.5 long 3.5 wide

**Q: The dimensions "‎19d x 38.5w x 19.5h cm" don't make sense ?

the cross section should look almost square ( 19 x 19.5 )**
A: I measured my toaster this morning. It looks rectangular to me these are the measurements I took from my toaster.

Length. - 36cm
Height. - 19cm
Width. - 17cm

The edges of the toaster are bevelled which may make a difference to its appearance. Hope this helps.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great, but yet to see if customer services & warranty are up to much.

Great product, however it’s now failed a year on, 3 of the filaments just stopped working. Am about to see what the customer service is like.
