I ordered this replacement, but couldn't get it to "lock" with a click on the FitBit. It kept falling off my wrist. I loosened the two tiny Phillips head screws on each latch of the band, about 1/2 turn, and then it does lock! I love this band! So easy to adjust for exactly the correct tightness on my wrist depending on the weather, my activity, my weight that day. The magnet holds well.
