I’m addicted to peanut butter so I really wanted to try this out cus it looked fairly easy. The direction says it yields 12 cookies. I added 1 tbl water, 1/4 cup of crushed peanuts, and 2 tablespoon of peanut oil cus I had em!I made those 12 balls, dipped them in cinnamon sugar on the top side, did the criss cross fork press, and 1 dark chocolate chip on top. Baked by instructed time n temp. But I did it in my wide Airfryer so I should’ve done more like 7-8 min, not the full 10. They were delicious but VERY hard. The colors were medium brown, verging on almost burnt.Tip: Watch them closely n take them out before they brown!
