It is a fantastic product, which has allowed us to go out cycling as a family for the first time: my 4 year-old son is now hitched up on the back of my bike, whilst my 6 year old can manage distances of 7 - 8 miles without problem on his own bike. ### ⭐ Dangerous for children *by M***M on 23 April 2020* Highly dangerous!Bought it for our 4,5y daughter. Assembly requires some technical understanding and a special tool, a torque wrench. Just a little warning - don’t even think of Not using one as the child bike will tip over sidewards! Applying the relatively high Nm from the user manual made the U-bracket on the child bike snap. Bottom line is that the material isn’t strong enough to attach it safely and with less strength it is not safe on the road either. Sent it back - shame good idea, but poor execution. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love the fact I can now take my 4yr old ... *by D***J on 23 July 2015* I love the fact I can now take my 4yr old son out for a ride over a fair distance to build his confidence to ride his bike.Only negatives found are the build quality of some components is poor. Cheap/weak alloy on quick release attaching on to child's bike, replaced a nuts with stronger ones. Most importantly as mentioned it needs to be fully tightened onto child's bike to avoid it sliding.
