They are rather firm, so don’t expect a lot of give. Closest in feel to the issued pads, but still a bit softer and better conforming. CAREFUL when tearing on and off of inner helmet, as one of mine tore at the seem. Overall they are a good option if you want actual protection from blunt force/back face deformation without the price of Wendy pads or the feel of issued pads.
