Review: Excellent case for Sony Walkman NW A-45 - Having purchased a new Sony Walkman NW a-45, I was keen to get a case to protect it from knocks, bumps and scratches. There was a lot of choice available, but I want something that was flexible and clear in colour to show off the colour of the Walkman. The inorlo case seemed to provide everything I wanted. Once I had received the case, it proved to be an excellent fit for the Walkman, snug but easy to get on and off. It fits nicely on all the corners and will provide excellent protection, but there is still easy access, with cut-out sections, to the memory-card slot, the headphone plug, the hold button and to attached a strap if required. There is a cover over the charging port to help keep dust out. The on/off, volume up and down, play, pause and skip buttons are covered and required a slightly harder pressure to operate, but still function very well. Included with the case were 2 screen protectors, complete with a soft cloth and flexible plastic card to help apply the screen protector. I had absolutely no trouble in applying the screen protector to my Walkman first go and the other can be kept as a spare. All in all, this is a fantastic case and I am extremely pleased with it and would certainly recommend it for the Sony Walkman NW A-45. It is not particularly slip resistant but will hold steady on a plastic surface at an angle of 30 degrees or so **Q: Does this case allow the NFC one touch pairing work to suitable headphones?** A: I have used the NFC mode to successfully connect the NW-A35 MP3 player to a Sony CMT X3 CD audio system whilst still in the protective case cover. As both devices are Sony products I can honestly say it works with the case on. **Q: The header say it's for the nw a45 but the description says only the a35 & 40. will it fir the a45?** A: Dear Valerie, Yes this will fit the NW-A45. A40 is simply the series’s we are referring to. With the case fitted, you have to press really quite hard on the area over the power button it to turn the unit on and off. It is an ok case but very basic and nothing special. It is great to still be able to see the color of the device as Sony did a great job of the design. It will definitely protect from bumps, drops and scratches.
