They work fantastic. After about 6-8 weeks of use, we have found them to be 100% leak-proof, leaving the sheets completely dry after a wetting accident. The top side is a nice, soft cloth, and they're a breeze to wash and dry; just follow the instructions on the large care tag. We wash/dry them two or three at a time, in a typical home washer and dryer.We used to use the disposable blue fluff pads, which would occasionally leak through, and generated a bundle of trash.
