Review: I get so many compliments! - As someone who is not willing to spend a ton of money on a designer work bag, this one is perfect. I have had mine for a while now (photos are from delivery date) and it is still good as new even though it has been well used through planes, trains, and buses. The cognac brown color is an exact match to my real leather loafers - it doesn't look like a fake or cheap cognac color. The strap is sturdy - I carry a lot of stuff through a 2 hour public transportation commute and it is still standing strong. I get so many compliments on this bag!

### ⭐⭐⭐ Nice But Big and Uncomfortable to Carry
*by V***L on December 1, 2023*

The bag arrived flat, so I put some heavy books inside for a few days to reshape it. There's a dent on the back, possibly from the packaging. Although it didn't seem as large on the model, I've attached pictures taken with my MacBook Pro for reference. I also had trouble hooking up the shoulder strap because the ring wouldn't fit through. Not a big deal for now, but having that option would be cool. Despite these minor issues, I decided to keep it due to the reasonable price, and I need it for an upcoming conference next week. Update: I carried it around for two days with my MacBook and iPad inside, and it was uncomfortable. Without the shoulder strap, I tried carrying it in various ways. On my arm, it was too heavy. On my shoulder, the handles were too short, and it didn't look good with a blazer. When carrying it in my hand, the bag hit the stairs as I walked down. Unfortunately, I've changed my rating from a 4 to a 3-star =( BTW, I contacted the seller about the shoulder strap and I haven't heard back.
