**Q: Can you use this product if you have eyelash extensions?**
A: From what I am told yes you can. I don't have them but I was told that if you do it's perfectly safe to use. And that came from a lady who does extensions so I trust her opinion.

A: Soap & water or makeup remover

**Q: is it cruelty free ?**
A: On the box it says "Paraben and Cruelty Free".

**Q: Should grande primer be sealed when you received it? mine arrived with neither the grande primer box nor the tube itself sealed. is this normal?**
A: Mine was sealed in plastic. Around the 2 boxes were sealed together with plastic.
