Really like the fabric (gray) and look of the chair. However, the design of the swivel function is poor. Once the 4 legs are installed and tightened, they stick up about 1/16th +/- of an inch above the wooden base of the chair itself. When one sits and attempts to swivel, the material/fabric which is tucked under the bottom of the upholstered part, rubs on the tops of the chair legs and hampers movement. The heavier the person, the more movement is hampered.I do like the chair and so I intend to either mechanically fix the chair so it cannot swivel or, remove the legs, sand them down and see if that works -- an inherent defect I believe the manufacturer should have discovered and corrected. ### ⭐⭐ Chair is too short and doesn’t match the specs *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 10, 2019* I ordered 2 of these for a music room at an elderly care facility. I love the fabric and the design, but these chairs do NOT match the specs. It specifically says it is 18” from floor to top of seat (standard chair height). That is wrong. They are over 2” short. Anyone, particularly the elderly, will have difficulty getting out of this chair. I am having to add some height to the legs and a cushion (which covers the beautiful music pattern. All I wanted was a partial refund for the specs being wrong and my extra work making these usable. My only options are return or replace. I had a deadline, so I have to make these work, and replacing with the same thing would be silly. I am not happy. Beautiful chair, but only short people should order them. ### ⭐ Poorly manufactured. *by B***S on Reviewed in the United States on April 3, 2020* I was so disappointed when we received this chair. I was looking all over for a good living room chair that swivelled. When I saw this one, I thought I'd found the perfect chair. Unfortunately, the chair arrived with misshapen arms on both sides, part of the bottom with the fabric wasn't glued all the way around, making little puckers around the chair. The base with the swivel didn't fit well, leaving gaps between the puckers and the swivel base. The chair could be very pretty and functional if the manufacturers took a little time to ensure it is put together right.
