Really works for my wirey grey hair. Tried many different brands and this seems to hydrate. Leave in conditioner definitely makes my hair softer. Curl cream also seems to work as intended: softer, shinyer hair without the sticky or cakey residue. Shampoo is also wonderful: less for one wash needed compared to other shampoos. Kristin Ess stuff works well together even from different lines of products.
