This item is exactly as described, well designed and good quality.  It makes opening jars, bottles etc extremely easy - even the really tight ones! I have arthritis in my hands and have been unable to "grip and turn" lids for quite a while so this is great for me.  The item also arrived on time and was sensibly packaged.  Would definitely buy from this seller again.
