Good quality paper, enough space to write in the boxes, and the shopping list part allows you to group items by category, which I found helpful in making sure my store cupboard was stocked too. My only slight issue is that the shopping list part is on the left, I would have preferred to write my menus first then create my shopping list, so I find it a bit more awkward to use.
