My son picked these out and we purchased them nearly a year ago. He used them for all of high school wrestling season and they’ve held up well. Good shoe!

These are the best on the market IMHO. A lot of grip bottom of the soles, also the sides of the shoe, too. The shoe still bends and flexes easy. They lace up tight and the contour of the tops don't restrict flexibility or blood flow to your foot. My son wrestles constantly and he hasn't worn out a single pair of these; we pass them onto another wrestler, then size up another pair. You won't be disappointed with aggressors!

Bought these ahead of season and after only 2 weeks of practice these started falling apart and they have continued to fall even further into disrepair while we were waiting to hear back from the company about the warranty on them, I would have returned them if the window hadn't closed by the time they started falling apart. Customer service through Asics informed me that this is normal wear! Save yourself the headache and do not buy Asics for your wrestling kids, just trying to save you the money of having to buy another pair of shoes to finish out the season. Sad thing is my son was so looking forward to these shoes because of the tread going up the side of them, now looking for new wrestling shoes not even halfway through season.
