I began using this on the 27th June 2026 and so my results are from using the Tesmed twice a day for 6 minutes (3 mins each side) morning and night for exactly one month. The first week to two weeks my legs were covered in small bruises, not because using the massager hurt, that's just what happened, then the bruising stopped after that.I am really enjoying using this device as part of my self-care routine now. I usually add a bit of almond oil to help with the glide of the rollers.For the last month I have been more intentional about my health. I was already very fit, swim 2 miles a week, lift weights, and walk daily but my thighs really are a stubborn spot for me. In the last month I have tweaked a few things in my diet such as zero sugar, no alcohol, more protein and changing things up a bit workout wise too, just really being more intentional. In the past week I have added the extra addition of a body gua sha and some body brushing some days.The most consistent and committed I have been is with this massager. A few days ago I was almost ready to throw the towel in with it and I'm so glad I didn't because a few days later I really started to notice something really has changed.
