I really like how easy they are to adjust, and they make it simple to get a good fit without any fuss. The main downside is that over time the strap can start to sag and lose some of its shape, meaning I found myself having to tighten the watch more frequently. I'd also recommend being careful when fitting them, as the strap pins seemed slightly short and could pop out quite easily.
