Review: Works perfectly, for 1-2 years, got replacement - Update: I contacted customer service and after some troubleshooting they replaced my faulty unit. I’m so used to this towel warmer that I don’t think I can live without it, especially on colder days. Bought this towel warmer on July 11, 2023. Used it on a daily basis, very solid performance. Evenly warms one towel. Fits two towels, but maybe because of the volume, circulation is not too well and you get hot/cold spots. It suddenly stopped working on Feb. 22, 2025. Had a good run, but would've liked it to work for longer. Looking for a different brand for more durable product.
Review: Great Customer Service - I gave them a bad review at first because I had contacted them about their product and they did not initially get right back to me, but they reached out to me and sent us a replacement product. You do not find many companies that stand behind their product and their customers like this company. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you Zadro for showing all the other companies how to treat their customers. It worked great for awhile, but then quit working. Did not have it a year. Reached out to the company and did not receive a response. This is a lot of money to spend for it to quit working so quickly.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Customer Service

### ⭐ Don't waste your money! Expensive, and I had 2 that didn't work!
*by N***A on April 21, 2026*

This is such an incredible waste of money. I purchased this item but had to return it because it didn't work. I used the second one a limited number of times, and this one has stopped working, too. Even in the limited time, it did work, but it wasn't very useful; the unit heated unevenly, leaving parts of the items in the warmer cold. My mother had surgery, and I thought I would give it another try, as she was cold, and I thought it would be helpful to heat her clothes, especially her nightclothes, before she got into bed. The unit could not be turned off with the on/ off buttons, so I unplugged it from the wall. I just tried to use it now, and it won't turn on. Or, rather, there was a very fine light that flickered and then went out. Then...nothing...I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in... nothing...I tried the button numerous times...nothing. It appears that this is headed to the trash. This is such a huge waste of money. It is very expensive, and if it worked, I thought it would be worth it. It is out of warranty, so I am stuck; I'm out of a lot of money, and I don't have any way to heat the towels or clothes. Do not waste your money! Two warmers, and they were both junk.
