I decided to go vegan while taking these to see the full effect. I take these along with another herbal complex from Dr Kshamica. I also take Frankincense essential oil orally under my tongue and the fibroids are shrinking one day at a time. The herb combination comes from a nurse who heard it from someone who said it would cure cancer. I’ve heard the same, so I decided to try it. I’ve never had cancer, so maybe it’s working. I will say that it works like magnesium as far as emptying the colon. More so than usual, so maybe that’s how it works. It cleans out your colon. Regardless, I’m careful with it and I use it for a bottle and then quit for awhile just to give my body a rest.
