I am not very computer saavy, but I was able to accomplish the following. I received the A-tech order, drove to my office about three miles away. Unplugged the computer, pulled the computer cover. Removed the old RAM, 2 sticks of 1 gig each. Replaced those with the new a-tech, replace the cover. Add power, boot the computer. Test the RAM. everything worked perfectly and the system said, 4gb of ram. All ran perfectly, picked up speed. Shut the computer down and was back home in 35 minutes. That was quick and easy. Also the price is very hard to beat. It has worked flawlessly since that time.
