However, be cautious of water runoff during washing. For drying, a simple wipe sufficed, but I air-dried it on the top rack of my dishwasher, unfolded. Storing it involved folding and placing it inside a plastic bag within a drawer. This lightweight product has a smooth, grippy silicone feel, ensuring it stays securely on the counter without sliding. It's easily adjustable, so that your mat is bubble-free, and straight when placed. Importantly, the dough doesn't stick to the mat, making it a valuable addition to my kitchen tools. I also used this mat so I can roll steam rice rolls. These can be very tricky to roll because they'll get sticky and you'll need to lubricate your surface with oil.
