- Treat yourself or a friend with this treasure chest of salted caramel chocolates. Crack through the Surabaya 54% milk chocolate shell into cascades of molten caramel, with the delicate flakes of Cornish sea salt riding the waves. As the chocolate melts, the flavours gently entwine.
- 100% Natural. Soya Free. Gluten Free. Palm Oil Free
- Artisan chocolate, made bean to bar for the purest flavours. We use the world’s great single estate cacaos which are like fine wines, each with its own unique flavour. To preserve these precious flavours, we make our chocolate in small batches, at low temperatures, taking up to 21 days (industrial chocolate takes a few hours). We even make the caramel from scratch, caramelising the raw cane sugar, clarifying the butter and using local double cream.
