If not, is it something you’d consider for an update?** A: I don't think you can do that since you need to register the device to one email address. You will need to contact WiCub directly to make certain. **Q: The device holds up to c. 3 days. it connects to wifi router. sends emails. what is the structure and can it connect to a service (google sheets)?** A: The structure is a simple email that presents a table of 15 minute updates of temperature and humidity. It is not in a usable file format eg excel that can be downloaded and stored. I suppose you might be able to take the email and try to convert it to some format that you can use in another program. As for 3 days storage, I don't know. It sends me an email every 24 hours since it is always connected to my LAN. **Q: Does it work abroad? ( non uk)** A: Not sure, but is hard to setup & loses connectivity frequently. No way to check the config online nor anyway to judge it's operation. Heating is controlled by programming the timer to start and stop heating. Because I travel a lot, I turn the timer off but I don't want my pipes to burst if it gets very cold. (I have family that I can call to come over and turn my heating on.) So I needed something that I could use that could alert me to cold weather via the internet. This little WiCub is the gem.Once a day I am emailed a report from the WiCub showing my temperature and humidity for every 15 minute interval over the previous 24 hours. And the WiCub will send you an alert if the temperature or humidity exceeds your alerts for high/low temperature or humidity.The setup is easy but if you need more help, there are videos that show you everything you need to do to setup and operate the WiCub. And if you need more help, their support staff is excellent.You can put the WiCub anywhere you want, it's tiny. For comparison see the attached photo with the WiCub next to a Next Camera. The WiCub connects to your home LAN. Just make sure that where you place your WiCub that your WiFi signal will reach it. If the WiCub can't connect to your LAN, you will have to move it closer to your router.The WiCub uses 2 AAAA batteries [yes 4 A's]. These batteries will last about 12-18 months. I change them out whenever I go away for a few months but the daily temperature/humidity email that WiCub sends you includes the current WiFi strength and remaining battery power in volts. Just change them out when the voltage drops below 2.5v.I've been using the WiCub for nearly two years. It has never not worked. It is reliable and accurate.
