Due to my phone's issues, the device didn't work. The company very kindly offered to send me a new replacement completely free of charge, but I didn't feel it fair to accept the offer (it wasn't​ their fault!), as I'd just found out that my phone had major charger port issues. But I wanted to say, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Honestly, I was blown away by their​ courtesy and will definitely repurchase from them again.The device itself is utterly brilliant in terms of usability and design, and I hope they extend this to other phones too (Huawei please?).
