Yep my mum, for her birthday! She loved it, because she’s in to her fitness the only thing is that 10 kilos might sound like a relatively light weight on dumbells.In the form of a ball it’s a different story.The ball is very good quality and “squidgy”, which is where the no bounce factor comes in. You can slam it and it won’t bounce or roll. Being spherical it also trains you to stabilise your body to hold the weight so if anyone thinks that it’s simple to use. You’ll be surprised! I would also caution when selecting a weight. They are heavier than they look. I tried it out and was surprised but the weight of it. I kept the 10 kilo ball but ordered another 7 kilo one (another valhalla one). So I suppose 10kg it’s something that can be worked towards.I like the balls, they’re quite a good piece of kit. DO NOT USE THEM IN YOUR HOUSE!!! unless you have walls and floors that can withstand so much weight being slammed at them :-D.
