I've only been using this brand for 5 days. The results I'm experiencing far supersede previous magnesium sprays. I've been experiencing sleepless nights due to muscle cramps and leg fatigue. I spray the magnesium oil on the bottom of my feet and rub feet together and in between my toes. I am now muscle cramp and leg fatigue free and I'm sleeping through the night.
