IF YOURE HAVING GUT ISSUES READ THIS 👏🏾 - I always give the disclaimer that I never leave reviews unless the product is life changing or really a five out of five product. so now I can explain how Kiala greens changed my life 😩 .. for the past month I have been having gastro issues. diarrhea every day, EXTREME heartburn, chest pain, indigestion, bloating. Anything stomach related I’ve been going through it. It got to the point where I went to my doctor, he put me on medication. On top of that I’ve tried Nexium, famotidine, pepto .. any and everything over-the-counter. The next step was a referral to a gastroenterologist. However, I was scrolling through social media like everyone else and saw Kiala greens .. I’ve seen them on social media before, but never believed the hype and kept scrolling. But this time it caught my attention because the powder catered to everything I was currently struggling with. So I figured I’d give it a try. .. today would technically be day four, I’ve been taking Kiala greens consecutively for three days now. When I tell you every symptom that I previously read was all gone by yesterday, I’m not even joking. I have zero pain in my stomach, the diarrhea has stopped, no heartburn. It’s just amazing what this product did for me in three days. And the taste is GOOD. It smells absolutely terrible but when you taste it, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. It also gives me a boost of energy, I’m so used to feeling sluggish and yucky all day so that was a plus as well! I personally have been making a green smoothie every morning and I will continue to do so for the long run. If you’re having gut issues, BUY IT.
Review: Amazing Flavor - Update on review. Have been drinking daily for over a week. Still love the flavor. I tend to get sick of things easily, but this hasn't been the case yet. As for any benefits I have seen, I definitely notice a change in my stomach. I will say when or how you drink it can affect that. I found the best results drinking it on an empty stomach, but as I said below, I have a LOT of digestive issues. I haven't noticed a difference in bloating. I did notice that it seems to have a diuretic effect for the first 5 days. Like it flushed my kidneys or something. I was going to the bathroom every 5 minutes it seemed. Without getting to into my stomach issues, for the past 5 months I have not been able to digest regularly and have had frequent emergency trips to the bathroom. These have reduced significantly. I would say I have seen about a 60% overall improvement in my digestive health. I am definitely going to keep using the rest of the month and see if it continues to improve. This has so far been the fastest, cheapest, and most effective way to reduce my digestive issues that I have ever tried. Most treatments tend to make my symptoms worse and have an opposite effect either at the time or soon after. I will also say, if you have digestive issues such as IBS-D or similar, my system definitely had to adjust to this. It took about 3 days before I started to even out. I frequently have to go through 3-5 nightmare days before my body shows a true reaction to anything. I have also seen a slightly reduced appetite or eating smaller portions and feeling full sooner. That was a benefit I was not expecting. ******** I just got this 10 minutes ago so I can't speak to the effects of the drink. I can speak to the flavor. I put it in a personal blender with 12oz of water and a few ice cubes and blended it. Smell is not my favorite but the flavor is so good. I am truly addicted to the flavor already. Honest NON SPONSORED REVIEW Let's go ahead and get this out of the way - you have probably been in socials and everyone is saying this product is delicious - taste like rainbows and unicorns ? Am I right ? Here is what I ( 40 YO that hates anything green - including most veggies - ) has to say. First and most importantly you have to at least tried ANY OTHER greens to appreciate the taste of these greens. If you have not done so- and this is your FIRST rodeo you will ( and rightfully so) think this taste like earthy grass. BUT if you have tried ANY greens supplementation in the past you will notice a distinct pleasant surprise in these blends. I got the Citrus twist ? Citrus something - highly recommend. This product taste better ice cold and mixed as well as you can. I mixed with about 4 ounces of ice cold water - it's not something I want to causally sip on but is something I can stomach ( which says a ton because I cannot stomach anything - like legit - I have an actual diagnosis ) I also tend to just add my preworkout to about one ounce of water and honestly I feel like you could do the same with this product and then follow with 8 ounces of water. You do not want to inhale before you sip . The smell will hit your nose before the taste hits your taste buds and this will be an instant turn off. Drink through a straw for best results . Also don't put this mixture in a clear cup - the green is an instant turn off. Back to the flavor - it's an orange citrus with an earthy undertone - I did have earthy burps so there is no way I'd drink this first thing before my workout . Overall and again the entire point of this review is they are not joking when they say it taste "good" but everyone needs to preference that it taste better then MOST other green powders out there (. I also really like Bucked Up greens flavored in case you neee an alternative ) Is the nutrient profile good ? I don't know - you will need to do your own research here - but if you are anti veggies like me and looking to get SOMETHING in this is a solid start. Also cannot speak to the bloating or anything as I have only just tried this today when it arrives but wanted to get my honest first impressions on paper .
