That was it though. Upon inspection it almost looked like I got a used product or a floor model that they (very poorly) disassembled to sell. The metal supports and load bearing mounts were corroding and even the legs were covered in rust and stained (see pics). The main column was out of it's sealed bag (which was balled up in the box and was just thrown in and the leather was damaged on one edge. It honestly looked like it had been stored in a salt water bath. Not a good experience at all. I can tell it would have been a nice chair but jeez.Updated: Winport reached out to me directly to correct the issue. They ended up sending me a chair directly from the factory that was flawless. It's a beautiful chair.
