Looks exactly like the picture. Quality is excellent and my 16 year old daughter loves it for Sixth Form College.  Fits all of her school books and laptop and room for extra stuff as well.  The shoulder pad is a nice addition over other similar products as it prevents the strap from digging in when the bag is heavily filled with things.

I bought this bag for my wife so she could take her laptop and accessories to work.  She absolutely loves it.  It is a quality bag with plenty of room for additional items.  It has not been out in the rain yet so I cannot comment on it being waterproof.  It looks great and very classy.
