Nothing, no juice, no light, no heat, nothing. We are returning. Will look for something else. Needless to say we are disappointed.Just what we needed, contoured to fit around your shoulders. After my review the seller contacted me and offered me a replacement, GREAT customer service, something a little hard to come by in this day and age. Overall this is a great design and a well-designed product. It fits my shoulders & back very comfortably and the neck piece provides additional heat to a hard to get to area, the back of my neck. Also love that it can be used with either wet or dry heat. BUT the second one also stopped working for no apparent reason. I have provided the seller with my feedback which he has passed on to the manufacturer.
