Review: Fantastic power supply, but mine had a terrible flaw. - This is an excellent power supply, but I want to explain the problem I had with it in case you run into this. I bought this to run my PC along with a high-end video card, the AMD Radeon RX 7900XTX, which draws quite a bit of current off of 6 + 1 connectors. This power supply does have the three connectors, and they are dual ended, meaning one could do the purpose of two. Because of the high power drop, I used the three connectors separately, but for the last year I would have random issues with my video card going offline because it wasn't getting enough power. This was not a problem with the power supply in the long run, but the supply three connectors. I purchased three new ones for $10 each, and now it works beautifully. I don't know if the connectors were bad, but we're not making proper connection, but I would have to wiggle them occasionally on the video card to get it to work again. That being said, the power supply is awesome, and you may never run into this problem, but if you do there's the solution. I would definitely recommend this.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: wll this run a 220w cpu and 4 dim at 1866**
A: yes. It's 750 Watts - so your 220w CPU is nowhere near the max. The 4x1866 DIMMS are going to only add another 20watts - it's your GPU that would potentially draw more power - so you need to calculate that in and HDD/Opticals, etc. Use this calculator: http://www.extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngineEnjoy!

**Q: With that comes the power cable ?**
A: Yes

**Q: Esta fuente funciona bien en una placa base msi pro b660-a ddr4 de tamaño atx?**
A: A mí me funciona muy bien con:
placa Asus rog B550 F gaming
Procesador Ryzen 5 3600
RTX 3060 TI Asus
32 Gb DDR4 Corsair
1 SSD NVMe m.2
2 SSD sata
Compre esta Fuente en marzo del 2021 y a hasta la fecha sin problemas.

**Q: Is the pci-e connector a dual 6+2? if so, are there two of them? i want to power 2 rtx 3070 gpus.**
A: From the webpage's advertisement for the 750W on Amazon: It has "PCI-E Connector: PCI-E 6+2pin x 4"; from Google:
Q: Is750W enough for RTX 3070?
A: Yes. According to Nvidia you should be fine with a 750w psu.
So the 750W Thermaltake has four PCI-E 6+2pin connectors. Nvidia recommends at least a 650W PS, so the 750 is fine.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best value for a 1200 watt PSU
*by W***E on August 23, 2023*

This was one of the lowest cost but solid 1200 Watt PSU's available. Thermaltake has good reviews overall and this one seemed solidly built. The modular cables were flat and easy to use. I have a new 7900 XTX GPU and it had the 3 necessary PCIe cables to power it. Its seemed virtually silent even at full load. The fan noise was only heard when I turned off my speakers. I've only had it for a day, but Thermaltake does have a reputation of reliable components and a 10 year warranty to back it.
