Review: Great unit - Works great. Use it every night for A/C. It is noisy, but I’d rather be comfortable while sleeping.
Review: This is perfect for a small room. - I had to get something to help with this heat. I'm using it in the LR area that is too large for 6000 BTU but this unit pumps out a lot of cold air. Had to really finagle the exhaust hose to vent it and unfortunately this particular window sill is about 4 feet off the floor. They do provide some foam weather stripping to seal it and I did not get a perfect fit but finished the job with duct tape. Came out okay. Overall I'm impressed with the quality and if I can move it to a smaller room upstairs it will be perfect. It's a bit heavy so have someone to help you with it when it is delivered.

Piece of junk, never buying lg again. Unit will not stay powered on, lg basically has 2 troubleshooting steps 1. Plug directly into wall, try timer function. Then they said it's no use, completed return/refund process with unnecessary steps and hung up on my face several times, inconsistent information. Horrible experience, horrible product. I don't want any smart AC again, my old window unit with two mechanical knobs lasted a decade. I just rebought the same model. None of the convenience of the new tech is worth it, if it can do it's basic job. Negative 5 stars
