Sterile 10X Phosphate-Buffered Saline solution concentrate prepared with 18.2 megOhm water, 0.2 micron sterile filtered and steam sterilized in final packaging. Recipe/L: NaCl 80g, KCl 2g, Na2HPO4 14.4g, KH2PO4 2.4g.
