No more buckets and excess water usage.Unfortunately the first problem I encountered was assembly. The instructions are far from adequate as I had a small piece of plastic and a spring to attach but have no idea where it is supposed to go!Secondly the claims made about it not leaking aren’t true. Every time I filled the bottle and tried to fit it, I was left with water leaking all over the place.Finally, I contacted the customer services team and was met with a very unfriendly and unhelpful response. Because I had failed to make contact with them for technical assistance within a 30 day period, I was told that they couldn’t help me - absolutely shocking!I can safely say that I will not be purchasing anything from this seller again and neither will I recommend their products to my family and friends. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for wooden flooring *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 February 2022* I use it for my kitchen/dining room which has wooden flooring.
