It's really "plug and play." Assuming you have power to your blower then your control module should be just fine and the pilot assembly just needs to be replaced. It's a simple set up - gas line, control module, and pilot. Don't waste your money on hiring outside help or paying up to ~6K (which I was quoted from several dealer installers) on getting your unit replaced. Just be super safe with your gas lines - i kept it ~1/4 turned on to get the pilot lit (you have to turn the pilot knob to "pilot" and push in and hit the "spark" button up to 15 times consecutively - sounds hard but super easy). Cleaning the glass and repainting the frame took way more time vs replacing this. It took about an hour or so to do. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Other than that headache the unit works great. They identified the problem almost immediately. They sent me a Pilot assembly with an LP orifice instead of natural gas.Other than that headache the unit works great. Just verify that you get the correct one. The technician that came to the house said that the red mark usually means LP.
