It is also not as cushioned as one might hope for. That said, if you like to run on muddy trails, as I do, the waterproofing is GREAT! I have had these shoes for several days now, and run through puddles and mud with no problems. I have done my usual trail jog (~1 hr @ ~12 min/ mile) with no blisters or other problems. The shoe sizing was accurate. If you are looking to run on a track or at the gym, give these shoes a pass.
