Decent size, clumsily put together - had to pick out strands of glue from the centre of the tambourine. Little fingers can get to the wiring and although only low voltage, don’t think it would take much to ‘rip’ the wiring out / potential choke hazard. As expected, for use in supervised play only - packaging says over 3yrs only. Chinese writing on the packaging gives it away really. How robust is it? Time will tell ### ⭐ Wouldn’t buy again *by A***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 June 2018* Bought this for my sons 3rd birthday. I was disappointed that you can’t switch it on and off though.. in order for it to stop flashing you have to unscrew it and take the batteries out... bit silly that you can’t just turn it off.... ### ⭐⭐ No on / off switch. Screw device to open / close battery holder *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 December 2018* Fun flashy toy but not practical at all. No off switch and batteries can only be put in or out by unscrewing the battery tab so not really suitable for daily use. Very disappointing --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/52956589-flashing-tambourine-flashing-light-toys-original-color-led-light-up](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/52956589-flashing-tambourine-flashing-light-toys-original-color-led-light-up) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
